Whole family enjoys Flames food

We have ordered from Flames over many years - usually we have enjoyed the meals. However this order was very disappointing. We ordered: Chicken chasni- sauce very liquidy, not very creamy. My daughter had to add sugar! Not much chicken Chicken tikka korma - again not thick enough and tasteless. Not much chicken Chicken tikka bengali - the sauce was completely wrong - looked as though it was mashed up tomatoes, more chilli than normal. Very little chicken and mushroom. The quality was overall poor, and amount of Chicken very stingy. We will, after many years, go elsewhere.

Pizza wasn’t very hot and base was pretty soft think could have done with longer in the over. Toooings were great tho

Food was poor, reheated cold chips, pakora was lukewarm and ordered a chicken tikka ceylonese korma, this came as plain chicken and was not a ceylonese korma

Ordered a chicken kebab and it was disgusting. The chicken was plain had no flavour and for a large there wasn’t a lot of chicken. Same with the Hoagie the chicken was disgusting. Won’t be ordering again as this made us sick.

Luckily I manage to cancel my order. I scanned the QR code from a menu from Flames on Ashfield St, Parkhouse, G22. Picked my selections, to collect my food as I stay local, then at the checkout noticed it was for a Flames in Neilson.

Burger was literally pink inside! Everything else was ok

Chips were a bit hard but the chasni pizza was perfect

Lovely Biryiani, Nan and Pakora not great , luke warm and not fresh and pakora stoggy so didn't eat.

Fantastic food,always tasty always fresh. Great value and service.

Whole order went in the bin. Absolutely disgusting! Full order was re-heated. Chips were rock solid, kebab was chewy and tasted off and pakora was soggy and undercooked. We will take our money elsewhere, what an absolute disgrace.
